What non-exercise activity do you wish would keep you fit?

I wish that sleep would keep me fit.  That would be amazing.  Can you imagine?  I’d be so motivated to sleep because it not only helps you recharge your batteries, it helps you with your weight?  People would sleep a lot more often.  🙂

Eating would be the next most amazing way to stay fit…but apparently, eating well and often DOES keep you fit.
